Auction Bug in P3?

Hi all...

Apparently, the forums I used to use when I played Patrician before no longer exist :( which is a shame because Im curious to find out if the auction bug - the one which allows you to (If I remember correctly) force an oppenent to put a business he/she owns up for auction, and then demolish it... which used to be really usefull when he took up really good real estate you had your eyes on !!!

Im not sure which version of P3 I'm using, but I cant seem to find out how to do this again in-game no matter what I try and do... maybe it was just Patrician 2...

Any ideas?

select your own building then do a fast doubleclick on the AI building and you can auction of or destroy the AI building.
